We had a great time in E5. The condo is located directly on the beach with walkout access. The air conditioner had issues the first night but VIP took care of it the next morning. The condo is nicely updated and comfortable. June 2022
Very nice property right on the beach. VIP was responsive to a couple of problems with linens and the TV. We would rent again. December 2021
Absolutely one of the best vacations my family has taken. The condo was right on the beach, clean, and well maintained. On the last day the washer wouldn’t work but I called VIP and they came out within 20 minutes to fix it. Only thing that might could have been better is the kitchen doesn’t have much to work with in the way of pots and pans, but if you’re not cooking it is not a big deal. We will definitely go back. Nicely updated condo with everything you need. First floor walkout to the beach is so nice. Just yards off the beach makes it so nice to go back and forth. Location of the Condo complex is also very convenient to Baileys grocery store and other restaurants for an easy bike ride. I think we used our car twice once on the island. June 2021
Great walk out to the beach and nicely decorated. As we ate in a lot the kitchen could of had an updated stove. Loved the location, only steps away from the Beach.

We rented E5, a gulf front groundfloor 2 bed, 2 bath condo from VIP Vacation rentals. the rental process was seamless and easy. The rental includes bedding and twelve sets of good quality bath towels. No beach towels, so bring your own or buy them. The condo was clean and well furnished, with comfortable beds (good pillows!) and sofa. - FLIPKEY -
