Lighting of the Village
Date: November 16, 2019
Time: 5 - 9 p.m.

On November 16, the Fishermen’s Village in nearby Punta Gorda gets lit up in holiday decorations. The event starts at 5 p.m. with the arrival of Santa Claus followed by a festive parade with the Lee County Pipes and Drums. This holiday event features live music and entertainment, face painting, food, refreshments, and more.
44th Annual Edison Ford Holiday Nights 2019
Dates: November 29, 2019 - December 30, 2019
Time: 5:30 to 9 p.m.
Head over to the Edison Ford Winter Estates to walk through a historic winter wonderland. The estates are open nightly from November 29 to December 30 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Walk through thousands of lights and hundreds of holiday decorations along the grounds, along with live music, food, beverages, and crafts. Guided tours are offered at 6 and 7 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $30.
35th Annual Luminary Holiday Stroll
Dates: December 6-7, 2019
Time: 5:30 - 9 p.m.
Follow along festive lights down Periwinkle Way on Sanibel Island or Captiva Drive on Captiva Island. The 35th Annual Luminary Holiday Stroll is hosted by The Sanibel & Captiva Islands Chamber of Commerce. The Sanibel Island event will take place on December 6 and the Captiva Island event will be December 7. There will be plenty of landmarks to visit along the trail, as well as photos and visiting with Santa, a live nativity scene, live music, and more family-friendly activities.
31st Annual Fort Myers Beach Christmas Boat Parade
Date: December 7, 2019
Time: 6 - 9 p.m.
Watch as more than 30 boats decorated in holiday lights at the 31st Annual Fort Myers Beach Christmas Boat Parade. The parade begins at Salty Sam’s Marina and goes down the back bay past restaurants like Bonita Bill’s, Dixie Fish Co., and more. There’s no cost for admission, but you may want to grab a spot at one of the many Fort Myers Beach restaurants along the route.
