Coquina Beach 5C VIP Vacation Rentals This is a very nice unit with two bedrooms, two baths. Sleeps 5 with a king, queen and twin bed along with a queen sleeper sofa. Located in one of Sanibel's most popular complexes. Coquina Beach features a large pool and tennis. The unit is a very short distance to our world renowned shelling beaches as well as Sanibel's fine restaurants and shopping. One parking space per unit NO VEHICLES OVER 18.75 FEET PER CONDO ASSOCIATION Coquina Beach is a NON-SMOKING complex. Smoking is not allowed on lanais or on the property. We stayed in a condo in the Coquina beach area. It was great! We love how close it is to Nerita beach and the size of the condos. Each are individually owned so we have stayed here twice.

Very well appointed & a lot of kitchen utensils. The bathrooms were nice. Very good location,the BEST parking spot. Good assortment of beach equipment. Close to restaurants. Easy location for getting on and off the island.

Very clean and well kept, close walk to beach and amazing parking spot (easy to get grocery's in). Looking forward to returning next year and cannot wait to staying in this condo again. Incase you were wondering, we are a family of 5, we fit very comfortable with ample room to move around.

We didn't cook in the unit other than coffee, but it appeared well equipped. I would definitely recommend the unit as a whole though. Easy check in and check out.
