Sundial R-206 is one of the most desirable corner end units in the Sundial East complex. This newly remodled condo boasts 1513 square feet. The three bedrooms include one king, one queen in the 1st guest bedroom and a queen in the 2nd guest bedroom. There are two full bathrooms. Upon arrival, keep your car cool with the private under-building parking spot adjacent to the stairway that leads right to the front door. (Elevator also available.) Heading outdoors? There's no need to use the front door. Just walk down the spiral staircase to the cabana below. From there it's only 25 steps to the pool or wooden boardwalk leading to the world famous shelling beach! As a guest of VIP Vacation Rentals you have free access to 3 gulf-side heated pools, BBQ grills, Hi Speed WIFI and miles of beautiful white sandy beach to explore. You can order drinks at the poolside bar and eat and drink at the upstairs bar and restaurant. Tennis and Spa available by reservation for a fee.
