This home offers a large screened pool with sitting porch off the family room and eating area with pass through counter to kitchen. Sleeps up to 7 and allows pets with owner approval.
Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and Sanibel lighthouse. Enjoy viewing manatees and dolphins or fishing from the dock.
Also has a private beach access that offers plenty of room for parking your vehicle for Shell Harbor residents and guests. The dock has a boat lift that is not available for use.
