Description

Based on currently available construction/remodeling schedules for this unit, we are only accepting new reservations for arrivals starting 11/2/24 and beyond. Please review our Booking Info page for more information re: our Post Hurricane Ian recovery and what to expect when staying on Sanibel.

**PLEASE NOTE, POOL & CLUBHOUSE NOT EXPECTED TO BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 2025. MORE INFORMATION TO COME ONCE AVAILABLE.

This is a cozy and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath . The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the master bath has a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has 2 twins and sleeper sofa in the living area. There are views of the gulf from the living room and the master bedroom as well as the lanai.

The complex also features a beach front pool and hot tub plus tennis and shuffleboard.
Pointe Santo is a beautifully landscaped property centered around a peaceful lagoon on the Gulf of Mexico. The condo sleeps 6.

Pointe Santo is a NON-SMOKING complex. There is smoking allowed only in designated areas. Smoking is not allowed on lanais.

We enjoyed our stay! The beach was beautiful. We collected so many shells, seen starfish, sand dollars and on our last night a turtle  came onto the beach and laid eggs! The room was perfect and had all the utensils  we needed to make breakfast and lunch! The washer and dryer was a plus because I was able to come home with everyone’s clothes cleaned ! There were also a few beach chairs in the closet that we were able to use on the beach and tools for shelling! We even used the grills to grill out!   Juine 2021
