This is one of just a few one bedroom units at Pointe Santo and is well-equipped to cover your vacation needs. Convenient ground floor walk out with a direct view of the lagoon, clubhouse, and gulf beyond. Perfect for a couple or small family of three to four. Freshly renovated June 2021, including new mattresses, bedding, and pillows for the master and pull-out. Unit includes washer and drier!
Assigned parking steps from the unit means ease carrying in groceries. We've stocked the kitchen with grill utensils for eat-in nights - the gas grills are steps from our lanai. Refrigerator has an ice maker and kitchen has the dish washer, stove/oven, and microwave you would expect. Island is perfect for prep and peninsula is great for indoor service right next to the table.
When dining in, you will have all the conveniences of home, including a blender, toaster, crock pot, and coffee pot in unit. Tile friendly melamine dishes and plastic cups...just in case! Basic non-stick cookware and utensils to make cooking a breeze.
We know family time is a priority and we've stocked the unit with games, movies and books for rainy days or when it's a little too hot. Network television is included with the unit on both flat screen TVs.
Island-inspired bathroom opens to master bedroom and main area. Currently features tub/shower combination. Fully renovated for 2022 season to have walk-in tile shower, wider walkway and passing space, and more guest storage.
Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the lanai.

So, I read the previous reviews and was worried but only wanted a 1 bedroom and this one looked the best from the pictures. Previous reviews stated there were no pillows so i paid extra for an additional suitcase when we flew in, waste of money. There were so many pillows on the bed we pulled some off. Reviews talked about the kitchen not beong stocked so we made plans to eat out instead of cooking everyday. Another mistake everything you need is there including a small cooler to take to the beach. If i would have known that i would not have used my yeti as a carry on. I jad 3 other family members stay at pointe santo the same week and our room, C4, was by far the nicest. This place is great, on the ground floor with a short walk to the beach but is an easier walk than ocean front and on the 3rd floor. If i had to complain about anything is the thermostat has to stay at 74 and that is a bit warm for me. We found out that if you close the bedroom and outside bathroom doors the bedroom does stay cooler. We definitely will be back June 2021

It was another relaxing winter break at Sanibel. The weather, the views and the wildlife are very special. The C4 unit at Ponte Santo has everything we could ask for in a vacation.A few minor condo items needed to be fixed and VIP was promptly there to see through the repairs.
VRBO Review #26096010 We enjoyed this condo at pointe santo. Resort is lovely and well maintained. Condo was very clean and had all basic needs. Getting a great price for a rare one bedroom was worth any minor complaints such as uncomfortable pillows and no folding beach chairs provided in unit. Having Ice made in freezer upon arrival was very nice. Don’t expect gourmet kitchen gadgets, sharp knives, or storage containers.
