VIP Rentals is super slick. Text updates when unit is available, grabbing the packet takes like 30 seconds at the office.
As for Pointe Santo, this is our 4th straight year choosing one of their properties and it is fantastic. Kids like the activities in the clubhouse, pool hours are great, wonderful place. See you next year May 2022
Per usual, Pointe Santo does not disappoint! The first condo we rented became unavailable (the owners would not leave, can you blame them!?) we were already on our way by car from the Midwest. VIP was able to give us another condo at Point Santo, even nicer than the one we booked initially-at no increased charge! It was great, now we are really spoiled! Third year booking through VIP, thank you for your friendly service and easy process. Been going to Pointe Santo Condos for years. Unit D5 was beautiful, very clean, and fully equipped. I plan on booking this unit next year. The kids loved the crafts that were offered at the clubhouse.

Perfect Condo - Outstanding
This is our second stay on Sanibel and first time at Pointe Santo. Everything we wanted in a condo for a family of six we found in Pointe Santo D5. The condo was exactly like the photos. The owners did an outstanding job with all the recent updates to the condo from the kitchen to the master bathroom and everything in between. I can't say enough about how wonderful it feels to be on vacation in a completely updated condo. Also, with the unit being on the first floor, having the option of entering through the lanai to drop off sandals and towels was a plus when returning from the beach or pool. We look forward to returning someday and staying in D5 once again.

Stunningly Perfect!!
Pointe Santo D5 was the perfect getaway. The condo was immaculate, beautiful, had everything we needed for our stay and being able to hear/see the ocean from the lenai topped it all off. Being in the center of all the shops and restaurants made getting around so easy. Can't wait to come back!
