This is a spacious two bedroom two-bath condo. The living room, dining room and bedrooms are beautifully furnished and decorated in colorful coastal décor. The open, fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and lots of cabinets. The kitchen is bright and spacious, with room for a breakfast table that looks out on a sunny private landscaped patio. There is a king bed in the master suite and both a queen and twin in the guest bedroom. Including the living room sleeper sofa, the unit sleeps a maximum of six. It is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, and many extras that provide the comfort and convenience of home, in combination with relaxed enjoyment of a tropical island retreat.

D-7 is a first floor condominium. Its ideal location provides not only a clear view of the gulf from the screened lanai, but also close-up sightings of the many shore birds that visit the fresh water lagoon. It offers the convenience of walkout access from the lanai, just a few steps across the lawn and landscaped courtyard, to the beach, the pool, and an outdoor grill. Its reserved parking place is just steps from the front door.

Pointe Santo is a NON-SMOKING complex. There is smoking allowed only in designated areas. Smoking is not allowed on lanais.
