Stunning unobstructed sunrises and sunsets from this gorgeous 3 bed/2 bath condo featuring luxury decor and amenities including quartz counters, marble and glass tile, stainless steel appliances, waterproof wood-plank flooring, and more. Comfortable yet stylish furnishings allow for ultimate ease and relaxation. Floorplan was reimagined to accommodate larger guest bedrooms to sleep 6 comfortably, offering 2 queen beds in one room and a king bed in the other, in addition to the master bedroom king bed. Also, the guest bath was enlarged to yield double sinks; both bathrooms offer smoked glass inset pocket doors, allowing for maximum privacy in a separate bathing and commode space. Floor to ceiling windows in all three bedrooms provide unparalleled Gulf of Mexico views. This second-floor unit is ideally situated just a few steps from the beach, pool, and all other Pointe Santo amenities.
Pointe Santo is a NON-SMOKING complex. There is smoking allowed only in designated areas. Smoking is not allowed on lanais.

My family of 5 had a wonderful time on Sanibel. The staff at VIP provided a great overview of the area and what we should expect as this was our first time visiting the island. Our condo was recently renovated and it was perfect for our family. We definitely would recommend this experience. July 2022
The owners of this beachfront unit did a stellar job of renovating it - beautiful finishes and decor. They also included every possible amenity for cooking in the kitchen and for beach fun (towels, chairs, balls, shelling nets, etc). We would 100% stay in this unit again. VIP was also really professional and we had an easy check-in / check-out, plus the unit was really clean. Pointe Santo itself could use a little sprucing up (common areas especially were a little tired) and Pointe Santo managers were also not the best communicators when there was a water problem on the property, but VIP was exceptionally attentive and kept in touch with us throughout it all. Would happily rent through VIP again and would absolutely stay in this unit again. It was a dream unit! June 2022

Santorek Flanders, New Jersey We had a great family beach vacation with my grandkids and their parents. Pointe Santo is a great resort. We rented a beachfront 3 Br condo on the 2nd floor. The view was great. The condo was large enough for 4 adults and 2 children without us getting in each other's way. The water is beautiful as is the rest of the island. We went the first week in June which is still off season so prices were very reasonable. The beach has a ton of shells, but you are still able to get to the water without sneakers. The only problem we had are the noseeums. They seem to be able to come right though our screened in lanai. But I would definitely go back again.

Stunning Views from your screened lanai.” Decent Place, Great Location ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ Perfect location, beautiful view. You cannot find a better place to sit and watch the ocean like this screened-in balcony. Easy stair or elevator access to the second floor. The resort and pool are kept very clean and nice. It's a peaceful, rather quiet place. Tennis courts and shuffle boards are well-maintained and there are clubhouse activities for children. The bedrooms are spacious, though the two front bedrooms were hard to keep cool. The kitchen is equipped well with dishes, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would return to Pointe Santo.
