This beautiful condo is just steps from beach! Wake up in the morning to the sound of the surf and ocean breezes. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit has a unique layout with a completely private master bedroom, king-sized bed and large walk in closet. The bath includes 2 separate vanity areas, hairdryers, and a private, large soaking tub and shower.

The living room has a queen sleep sofa. The bedroom and living room each have flat screened TV's. A large state of the art kitchen has upgraded appliances and granite countertops. It is exceptionally well appointed with everything for even the most discerning of vacation chefs. There is an in-unit washer/dryer for your use. Sliders open to a lanai that runs the full width of the unit with views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

As a guest, you have access to a gulf-side heated pool near-by, multiple pools throughout the complex, BBQ grills, Miles of beautiful white sandy beach to explore. There are 2 dine-in restaurants, "grab and go" take-out, an onsite Bailey's grocery store, where you can conveniently purchase beer and wine, groceries and sandwiches, and of course there is the Turtles Poolside Bar and happy hour. You will definitely want to indulge yourself in the onsite Spa! Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts are available with a reservation and a fee. Some amenities are only available to Hotel guests. This includes the main swimming pool, beach equipment and fitness center. Please check with Hotel!

Sanibel offers miles of bike paths and walking trails, numerous outdoor recreational activities and shelling, including boat rentals and fishing charters, the J.N. Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum, Sanibel Lighthouse, BIG Arts Theater and Museum, Sanibel Historical Village, public golf course, farmers market and a variety of dining choices. Prime location, very clean and incredible view. Beach access very close, pool nearby July 2022

View over parking lot to the ocean on 2nd floor. Super nice apartment with great kitchen layout and well stocked with cooking implements. The 2 of us each had our own enclosed bathroom sink areas both connecting to the toilet/tub/shower room. we had nice beach chairs and a beach umbrella to use. We enjoyed the screened patio for breakfast and lunch (stayed away in evening due to sand fleas that are so small they go through the screen - discovered those the previous week while staying at another rental). Highly recommend this apartment! January 2022

Excellent property. Beautifully remodeled with high-end finishes and great interior decor. Had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation and an excellent view of the gulf. Sept 2021

Condo was perfect and the check in and out was a breeze The only thing that could have been better was if we could have stayed longer or if we could have been completely beach front Everything else was so easy and made us very willing to want to return to this exact spot with this exact group for future visits! The condo and location were fabulous!!! The entrance onto the beach was only less than a 100 feet away. The unit was clean and up-to-date. Whoever designed the bathroom layout was a genius. My adult daughter slept on couch -was very comfortable. We each had our own sink vanity area and shared the tub/toilet. One vanity area entrance was in the hall and the other was in the bedroom. Oceanview and listening to the waves crashing at night.

We're planning to return in December. May 2021

Had a fantastic time. Appreciated VIP's help to find the perfect property for my wife band I. We have been vacationing at Sanibel for 28 years. Finally able to do a month and it was perfect.
