This is a lovely quaint, one bedroom one bath top floor condominium offering courtyard views. This unit is fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. Sundial is a very popular Sanibel destination and offers pool and of course our world famous shelling beaches and miles and miles of bike paths.
This condo sleeps 4 with the master bedroom having a queen and a sleeper sofa in living area
As a guest of VIP Vacation Rentals you have access to gulf-side heated pool, grills, WIFI and miles of beautiful white sandy beach to explore. You can order drinks at the poolside bar and eat and drink at the upstairs bar and restaurant. Tennis and Spa available by reservation for a fee.
Not all amenities are available to guests that rent privately or from a rental agency. This would include the main swimming pool, beach equipment and fitness center Any questions concerning amenities should be directed to the hotel

Great condo at the Sundial”
[5 of 5 stars] We stayed at the Sundial in January and rented D409, which was an excellent option. We've rented many times at the Sundial and we were able to secure a week in this condo last-minute. The condo was very clean and spacious, and the view of the courtyard was a very nice alternative for when an ocean-view is not available or cost-prohibitive.
The one bedroom plus pull out sofa worked out just fine for three of us traveling. This condo (compared to some of the other one-bedroom condos in the Sundial) had the bedroom separate, toward the back of the condo (adjacent to the front door), in comparison to having the bedroom cordoned off with an accordion door like others we have stayed in. The result is a slightly smaller common/living area, but depending on who you are traveling with, it does provide a bit more privacy.
The condo provided the basic amenities: coffee pot, iron/ironing board, dishes, utensils, etc. It does not include bikes as some others do, however we we able to borrow them from a nearby family member. The patio was very nice with a great view of the courtyard. Noise does echo quite a bit when you have a lanai facing the courtyard, however the Sundial provides a very quiet and controlled environment, so that hasn't ever been much of an issue. Just be cognizant of the fact that your voice does carry a bit when sitting on the balcony!
Overall, I highly recommend this condo for a stay on Sanibel Island. It's well maintained and reasonably priced. The Sundial grounds are beautifully kept and it's location is pretty central to all the island restaurants and activities. The pools are clean and warm and you're steps from the beach. It is one of our very favorite places to visit to relax and unwind.
