Sanibel Island is in full recovery mode with each property in a different phase of restoration. We are excited to report that based on currently available information regarding completion schedules, we have turned back on availability and are actively accepting monthly rentals for the 2024 winter season in many of our monthly rentals and summer 2024 reservations (6/1/24 through 10/5/24) at several of our weekly Gulf-front properties.
We have also added a note to each property's description stating when it will be ready for rentals again. Please note that these dates are educated guesses based on currently available information. These notes will be updated as new information becomes available.
It is important to note that there are many things to consider before booking your next stay on Sanibel during our recovery, such as, construction noise at or nearby your property and/or closed amenities such as pools or tennis. Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday, 9-2 and we encourage you to speak directly with one of our Reservation Specialists to get detailed information regarding a property before booking.
