World-famous Bowman’s Beach is located nearby and you can walk or bike to this great shelling beach, spending the day hunting for treasures. Beautiful landscaping and large windows throughout the home offer great views. The first living level features a well-appointed kitchen, spacious family room, a laundry room with half-bath plus large living and dining areas which leads out to a screened balcony. The spacious master suite is also located on the first floor and features an oversized tub, separate shower and dual sinks in the bathroom. Two bedrooms, a bathroom with dual sinks, den with sleeper sofa and an office area complete with wireless internet access are on the second floor.
