I had an original reservation + deposit for 3 condos thru Royal Shell. When the Terms & Conditions came for me to sign, an Indemnity Clause was part of it. Such shifting of responsibility to the guest could be an UNinsurable risk to me, if something awful happened, like a fatal CO leak, as a bizarre example. I could not sign such a "guest-unfriendly" agreement. Indemnity Clauses (or hold the rental agency harmless) are common on Sanibel rentals, so I was relieved to find that VIP did not include one in its Terms & Conditions. Better yet, I was able to rent 2 adjoining VIP condos, which was SO convenient for our reunion. Pointe Santo C-26 & C-27

We enjoyed our stay in C26. It was clean and in an excellent condition with lots of kitchen amenities. The Pool is well kept and the beach is right in front of the condo property. Best choice in Sanibel.
Room Tip: C26 was in excellent condition and we enjoyed all the amenities in the condo.

We love Sanibel Island and Pointe Santo is a great place to stay. It has a very good location and is furnished with all the kitchen utensils, etc. you would need. You do need to bring your own food, spices, foil, etc. The condo has a wonderful view of the Gulf and the pool is attractive, and the shelling beach is right in front of the condo units.
Sanibel is so relaxing and the activities are abundant on the island.

cook1111 ocean,nj Love this location and condo Left on Apr 13, 2016 for a stay in Mar 2016 Condo is very up to date with new kitchen and all the amenities to enjoy a pleasant stay in Sanibel. Centrally located on the island, it is easy to get to restaurants and attractions. We have stayed in the condo before and enjoy Sanibel very much.
