D-46, is one of the more spacious two-bedroom units at Pointe Santo.. King, 2 twins and sleeper sofa

D-46 has a designated parking space, ten steps from the main building entrance and elevator. Television service includes a broad array of channels.

Pointe Santo is distinctive in that it is secluded, without being isolated. We are in the heart of the island, with nature preserves to the north and the Gulf of Mexico to the south. Within one mile (choose car, bike, or paved pedestrian path) are a major grocery store, an ice cream shoppe, a hardware store, the post office, and seven of Sanibel’s most noted restaurants. Add another quarter mile and there are art galleries, a book shop, a drug store, and two additional restaurants.

Bailey tract of the Ding Darling National Preserve is but half-mile distant with its trails noted for hiking, biking, as well as birding and wildlife viewing.

VIP couldn’t have been more friendly and amenable to us, which in turn made our stay even better than expected! Condo as described and seen in photos. Only down side is having to pickup and drop off keys to the unit instead of being able to use the keyless locks most of the rentals use these days, which is not that big of a deal since the office is on the way to/from, and you get to interact with the friendly staff.  August 2022

Enjoyed our stay at Pointe Santo as always.  Had a few bumps at the very beginning of our stay.  But VIP rushed to the rescue to fix our A/C and shower door.  Looking forward to our next stay in the Fall of 2021.  Thank you so much to all at VIP and the staff at Pointe Santo.   May 2021

Seamless process to check in and out, and the condo we have rented at least ten times,  was just as clean and well appointed each time we have stayed.

Review #18103857 “Pointe Santo D46 - 2 bedroom 2 bath 4th floor condo with rooftop sundeck overlooking tropical grounds, lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico” Loved the property location and condo layout. ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ Property grounds well kept and located close to shopping and restaurants while still feeling like you are removed from it all. Condo had amazing view of beach and beautiful Point Santo landscaping. Condo unit was clean and in good repair. Comfortable for our family of five with the sleeper sofa off the dining area- we could still watch large, awesome TV in family area without daughter needing to put away her bed. Wifi worked great. Overall, we would return to Pointe Santo and use VIP Realty again.
