The oversized lanai is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida weather. Lots of indoor and outdoor storage to make your stays more convenient.

Condo sleeps 6 with the master having a king and a queen sleeper, guest bedroom with 2 queens. There are coin operated community washes/dryers for your use by the elevators.

Sundial is mid-sland and close to all shopping and restaurants. The island-wide bike path is right outside your door.

As a guest of VIP Vacation Rentals you have free access to 3 gulf-side heated pools, grills, WIFI and miles of beautiful white sandy beach to explore. You can order drinks at the poolside bar and eat and drink at the upstairs bar and restaurant. Tennis and spa available by reservation for a fee.

Not all amenities are available to guests that rent privately or from a rental agency. This would include the main swimming pool, beach equipment and fitness center Any questions concerning amenities should be directed to the hotel.

Nicely decorated modern condo in Sundial East.- unit Q404.  A well equipped kitchen, very comfortable king bed in the master BR, clean and nicely maintained.  Having a small Bailey’s grocery store annex was great.  Only inconvenience was carrying laundry down to the W/D at the end of the hall.  Some units have in unit W/D. ~James W. 1/8-1/22/22
